Heat Sealing Foils

All the Heat Sealing Foils from VITL have colour coding and an indication to show which side is up. All come in packs of 100 sheets.

Heat sealing is a proven technology that offers a number of advantages over other plate sealing methods:

  • 100% sealing integrity.
  • Ideal for PCR and storage applications.
  • No adhesives to potentially interfere with your sample.
  • Greater resistance to solvents such as DMSO.
  • Peelable and pierceable seals available.

20μm Heat Sealing Foil

For sealing a variety of plates for storage and thermal cycling. The foil can be peeled or pierced and may be resealed with another layer of the 20μl foil.

For thermal cycling and low temperature storage. The foil can be peeled or pierced and may be resealed with another layer of the 20μm foil.
